We are multi-disciplinary property developers focusing on strategic development and regeneration in the South West of England. Rengen is a fast-growing developer, with a highly-experienced in-house team, successful in sourcing sites, funding, planning, developing and delivering across a wide range of sectors. Working collaboratively with local council, communities and businesses provides a strong position from where we explore opportunities and create value in our work and the work we do for our purchasers. We specialise in joint venture delivery whereby we collaborate with land owners to deliver enabling development and hence enhance commercial asset value or generate revenue returns. Rengen was set up at the end of 2007 and established itself through difficult trading conditions. It has successfully built and disposed of two trading asset portfolios with a combined value of £50M. The current Rengen asset base totals £150M GDV of contracted sites, which are funded by a variety of sources.
Our range of skills have been developed to cover new build and refurbishment projects, as well as delivery of listed buildings and national monuments. Our extensive internal skill set allows us to adapt our input to provide a comprehensive and risk driven solution, whilst ensuring we understand the commercial aspects impacting the out-turn product.
