Detailed planning permission was granted by delegated powers on 25.05.18 for demolition of the existing houses and redevelopment to provide 6 student flats (24 no. cluster beds and 6 no. studios). Rengen successfully redeveloped the adjacent site in 2015 (‘Radway House’).
